Prices effective beginning 1/1/23:

  • SNF: $485 for first cost report, $85 for subsequent orders within 12 months
  • HHA: $375 for first cost report, $60 for subsequent orders within 12 months
  • Hospice: $350 for first cost report, $60 for subsequent orders within 12 months
  • Home Office: $300 for first cost report, $100 for subsequent orders within 12 months
  • HHA Low Utilization: $60 for each
  • Hospice Low Utilization: $60 for each
  • HHA No Utilization: $25 for each
  • Hospice No Utilization: $25 for each

Annual Pricing Explanation

Fees are based on an annual license tied to the Fiscal Year End (FYE) of the cost report. Security codes are generated according to the cost report’s FYE. The annual fee includes full software support.

An anniversary date is established for each company and each product line, based on the FYE of the first cost report purchased for that provider type. This anniversary date governs discounted pricing.

Any additional cost reports with Fiscal Year Ends that fall within 12 months of the product’s anniversary date will be billed at a discounted rate, regardless of when the order is placed.


Example

ABC Accounting Co. purchases:

  • An SNF cost report on 3/12/26 for an FYE of 12/31/25
  • An HHA cost report on 4/17/26 for an FYE of 3/31/25

As a result:

  • All SNF cost reports with an FYE through 12/30/26 (but not including 12/31/26) will be billed at $85, regardless of order date.
  • All HHA cost reports with an FYE through 3/30/26 (but not including 3/31/26) will be billed at $60, regardless of order date.
